Verisyse™ – The Verisyse phakic intraocular lens (IOL) is an option for treating nearsighted patients who are not candidates for LASIK. The word "phakic" means the natural crystalline lens is left in the eye. During the Verisyse implant procedure, the lens is placed behind the cornea and on top of the iris. This gives the eye another lens that works with the eye’s natural lens to help provide good, quality vision. The surgery is performed as an outpatient procedure and generally takes 15 to 30 minutes.

ReSTOR® – The Acrysoft ReSTOR IOL is a multifocal lens designed for cataract patients with or without presbyopia. Prebyopia is a condition of aging that affects the eye’s natural lens’ ability to change shape and focus on objects up close. Presbyopia results in most people needing reading glasses, generally beginning in their mid-forties. The ReSTOR lens replaces the eye’s natural lens, providing most patients the ability to see at all distances without the need for glasses or contacts.

Crystalens™ – Crystalens is an accommodating intraocular lens (IOL) designed to provide cataract patients with quality eyesight at all distances. The Crystalens replaces the eye’s natural lens and works in conjunction with the eye’s muscles to focus on objects at all distances and provide clear vision. The surgery is performed on an outpatient basis and generally takes less than 20 minutes. Following surgery most patients are not dependent on eyeglasses or contacts.
